The last day of Fan Expo was a little slower than Saturday, but it was still a lot of fun. My brother Chris was there to share the day with me, which was good cause I was manning the table myself again for most of the day again. It was a long four days at the Toronto convention center, but I can’t wait to do it again next year. And I can say that because I’ve been told that River Comics booked their table for next year already! I’m going to be there again next year, and I can’t wait to do it again!
So with that being said, here are photos from the last day of Fan Expo 2014:
Day Three of Fan Expo was more of the same with a few slight differences. My brother Chris and my Son Ethan were both there for Saturday, which is usually the biggest and best day of the expo. This was Ethan’s second Fan Expo and he had a ton of fun. He enjoyed seeing all the displays as well as watching me sell my comic books and sign them for fans. But that wasn’t the signature that made my son’s day:
Day two of Fan Expo was another great day, despite the fact that I spent most of it at my table… it was still fun to interact with fans and pitch my new comic book to the people.
I still had a chance to hit a panel held by comic book writers, one which I found very enlightening. I’m fairly new where it comes to writing comic books so I was happy to take all the information and advice I could get from this great panel.
So here are some more great photos from Day Two at Fan Expo:
Fan Expo 2014 will always hold a special place in my heart. It was the second Expo I attended by but it was also the first convention that I attended as a vendor/artist. I’ve been writing comic books for River Comics since January of this year, hence why I’ve been so busy lately and they bought a table as well as advertising to push our first issue of Ash Man. So as the writer of the comic book, it was an honor for me to attend the festival. Here are some pictures from this year’s first day at Fan Expo:
